Plaintiff, Union Insurance Company, appeals from a judgment entered on a jury verdict denying it recovery in this product liability action brought against defendant, Radio Corporation of America (RCA). Plaintiff’s principal contention on appeal is that the trial court committed reversible error in instructing the jury pursuant to § 13-21-403(1), C.R.S. (1985 Cum.Supp.).
