—The State of Washington appeals an order dismissing a robbery charge against Dean Allen Bernhard for failure to comply with the speedy trial provisions of CrR 3.3. The State contends that the trial court erroneously failed to exclude from the time calculations the period that Bernhard was held in Snohomish County Jail pending resolution of an unrelated criminal matter.
