MEMORANDUM OPINION

TASHIMA, District Judge.

This is an action by an ousted government contractor against its successor for asserted violation of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1 & 2. Associated pendent state claims also are alleged. Defendants have moved for summary judgment on the Sherman Act § 2 claim and the pendent claims.
