This is a declaratory judgment action brought under the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 2201 by Northwestern National Insurance Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the state of Wisconsin, and having its principal place of business outside the state of Arkansas. The defendants are citizens and residents of Madison County, Arkansas.
