This matter is before the court on the defendants’ motion to dismiss and for Rule 11 sanctions. A hearing on the motion was held on Friday, August 1, 1986. John T. Walsh represented the plaintiffs; and Adam M. Duncan and R. Willis Orton represented the defendants. At the conclusion of the hearing, the court took the matter under advisement.
