Van Co., Inc., (Rothery), a local Illinois household goods moving and storage company, and Donald Terry (Terry), Rothery’s president, brought this action against Atlas Van Lines, Inc. (Atlas), a nationwide common carrier of household goods, and its majority shareholder, Wesray Services, Inc. (Wes-ray).
