Defendants KENNETH B. WOLMER and MARY ELLEN WOLMER (“debtors”) moved to Strike and Dismiss the Complaint or alternatively for Summary Judgment on the complaint of BARTLETT BANK & TRUST COMPANY (“Bank”). That Complaint objected to discharge of debtor defendants.
