Defendant was charged in two separate informations with delivery of marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, MCL 333.7401, subds (1) and (2)(c); MSA 14.15(7401), subds (1) and (2)(c). Following a bench trial, he was convicted and sentenced on the delivery charge.
