Defendant Stanley Friedman has subpoenaed from two doctors the psychiatric records of Geoffrey Lindenauer, an anticipated witness against Friedman in his upcoming trial. Lindenauer has moved to quash the subpoenas, claiming protection under the psychotherapist-patient privilege.
