Presently before this Court is the Defendant’s Renewed Motion to Dismiss this case as being brought in an inappropriate forum pursuant to a forum selection clause. This matter is before this Court on direction from the District Court. This Court is required to determine if this action constitutes a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157.
