Demetrieus Laskaris, Phillip Dorow, Raymond Parchem, Richard Preissel, Andreja Sabol and C.C. Van Wie, appeal from a judgment dismissing their complaint against the City of Wisconsin Dells. Plaintiffs seek a declaration that sec. 7.02(7) of the city's ordinances is invalid and an injunction against its enforcement.
