Plaintiff-Trustee filed the above-styled adversary complaint to recover two alleged preferential transfers pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 547. It is before the Court on Plaintiff-Trustee’s Motion for Summary Judgment. The Court finds this matter to constitute a core proceeding withiñ the meaning of 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2).
