Background

On April 15, 1985 Randbre Corporation (“Debtor”) moved to expunge a claim filed by Michael Ladney, Jr. (“Ladney”). No response was made to the motion. Thereafter an order was entered on June 6, 1985 expunging the claim. Ladney, reacting to a complaint seeking injunctive relief, now brings this motion for relief from that order, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.
