MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

The issue for determination is whether the injunctive provisions of 11 U.S.C. § 524 prohibit the Movant from continuing her pending state court action against the Debtor, who has received a discharge, in order to recover under the uninsured motorist clause of the Movant’s insurance policy.
