This action arises from plaintiffs discharge from employment as a sales representative for Central States Can Company. Plaintiff alleges that the sole reason for his termination was defendant’s desire to replace him with a younger man. Plaintiff asserts claims of wrongful discharge, breach of contract, and violation of the Wisconsin Fair Employment Act.
