MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This matter came on for trial pursuant to the plaintiffs’, Kent Henry and Larry Atwood, complaint to determine the dis-chargeability of a $15,000 debt under § 523(a)(2)(A) on October 16, 1985. The Court also considered the plaintiffs’ motion for sanctions against the defendant/debtor, Mary Geraldine McClure.
