This matter came on for consideration by the Court upon the motion filed on'behalf of Citicorp Industrial Credit, Inc. on January 7, 1986 requesting (1) an adjudication that certain property is not included in the bankruptcy estate, (2) dismissal, (3) relief from the automatic stay, or (4) adequate protection.
