In an indictment returned in the circuit court of Cook County, defendant, Anthony Younger, was charged with the offenses of robbery (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1981, ch. 38, par. 18—1(a)) and theft (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1981, ch. 38, par. 16—1(a)). The theft charge was nol-prossed.
