Defendant was convicted after jury trial of burglary, forcible rape, and forcible oral copulation and of having used a deadly weapon in commission of those crimes. He was sentenced to prison for 6 years.

The offenses involved entry into the house of defendant’s former spouse and forcing her to engage in sexual acts at knife point.
