McGIVERIN, Justice.
After pleading guilty, defendant Lester Raim, who had been charged with second offense operation of a motor vehicle while intoxicated (OWI), in violation of Iowa Code section 321.281 (1983), filed a motion in arrest of judgment which was sustained by the district court.
