OPINION

The federal defendants in this case, who are charged by plaintiff with liability in the 1953 death of Harold Blauer pursuant to Army chemical warfare experiments, and with the alleged subsequent cover-up of their wrongful acts, have each filed a third-party complaint against George F. Schnack, seeking contribution or indemnification.
