MILLER, District Judge.
This matter is before the court on defendants’ joint motion to stay these federal proceedings pending resolution of state court proceedings. Plaintiff David Kent alleges deprivation of federal constitutional rights actionable under 42 U.S.C. sections 1981, 1983 and 1985 (1981) and various pendent state law claims.
