OPINION AND ORDER

PEREZ-GIMENEZ, Chief Judge.

Plaintiff, Dionisio Martinez, and his wife, Maria Julia Dávila, brought this action against defendant, Sea-Land Service, Inc., alleging that defendant’s vessel, the SS BOSTON, was unseaworthy and that this unseaworthy condition caused an injury to Mr. Martinez.
