MAUS, Judge.

This action arises from a motor vehicle accident. The jury rendered a verdict for plaintiff Helen Cox for $7,000 for personal injury and for both plaintiffs for $4,300 for property damage. The jury found for the defendant upon the claim of Riley Cox for loss of consortium. The jury also determined plaintiff Helen Cox was 60% at fault and defendant 40% at fault.
