The appellant, Vickie Sue Cole, was charged in the District Court of Marshall County, Case No. CRF-83-72, with the offense of Unlawful Possession of LSD With Intent to Distribute. The trial court sustained the appellant’s motion for a directed verdict, to the extent that the State failed to show intent to distribute.
