Phil Crowley Steel Corporation (Crowley) brought this action against NVF Company and Sharon Steel Corporation (Sharon), a NVF subsidiary, alleging that NVF and Sharon intentionally interfered with contracts between Crowley and Macomber, Inc., a subsidiary of Sharon. The jury returned a verdict for Crowley.
