Sybron Corporation (Sybron), formerly Taylor Instrument Company (Taylor), appeals from a jury verdict and judgment entered in favor of Nunzio M. Giandonato, a/k/a John Donato (Donato). Donato brought this action pursuant to the Age Discrimination In Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. § 621,

et seq.,

alleging that he had been constructively discharged in violation of the Act.
