CANTRELL, Judge.

This is a dispute over an attorney’s fee for services to a minor. The chancellor approved the fee, finding it to be reasonable. We reverse.

Kathy Michelle Davis was a beneficiary of a $7,500 insurance policy on her father’s life. Her father was shot and killed on September 7, 1974.
