HANSEN, Judge:

Appellants, (Landowners) in this condemnation action, appeal from an order of the trial court overruling their exceptions to the report of the commissioners appointed to appraise their land condemned by Appel-lee Electric Cooperative for an easement to construct power lines.

Landowners based their objections on the right of Appellee to exercise the powers of eminent domain.
