Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York October 23, 1986 (People v. Reynolds)

After receiving information from an anonymous caller that a large amount of marihuana was being grown on defendant’s farm in the Town of Gallatin, Columbia County, two State Police investigators flew over defendant’s farm via helicopter and observed the frame of a dilapidated former greenhouse containing what appeared to be mature marihuana plants.
