This appeal arises from a succession case in which Clifford C. Quinn (the son) claimed the sum of Thirteen Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-One Dollars and Eighty-Seven Cents ($13,741.87) as allegedly due him from the Succession of Doris Dittmar (the mother). The trial judge denied the son’s claim and did not order the executor of the mother’s estate to deliver the sum.
