OPINION

Per Curiam:

The State Industrial Insurance System (“SIIS”) appeals from an order denying judicial review of the appeals officer’s decision *639that a widow of a deceased claimant is entitled to permanent total disability benefits.

Adolph Rux sustained an injury in the course and scope of his employment. After a stroke his condition was found to warrant permanent and total disability.
