Petitioners Diaz and Cintron each seek a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254 to set aside judgments of the New York State Supreme Court, which convicted them of kidnapping in the first degree and robbery in the first degree on March 21, 1980.
