Plaintiff Local 3-7 of the International Woodworkers of America (Union) brings this action against defendant DAW Forest *123Products Co. (Company) for breach of an alleged contract, pursuant to section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act (LMRA), 29 U.S.C. § 185. Trial was to the court. I find for the Company.
