The subpoenaed parties, “John Doe’s” pre- and post-incorporation law firms, appeal from Judge Brieant's Order of October 19, 1985 granting in part the government’s motion to hold the law firms in contempt under Fed.R.Crim.P. 17(g) for failing to comply with two grand jury subpoenas.
