Griffin Retreading Company, debtor in bankruptcy, filed this appeal from the district court’s1 reversal of an order for summary judgment issued by the bankruptcy court.2 Oliver Rubber Company had requested reclamation of rubber delivered one day prior to the filing by Griffin of a Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition.
