Williams, Riess, Hench, Ferry and Zimmerman (“the pilots”) appeal from the district court’s denial of their several motions for partial summary judgment relative to Hughes Helicopters’ (“Hughes”) bona fide occupational qualification (“BFOQ”) defense to its violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”).
