This product liability action arises out of an accident involving an All-Terrain Vehicle (“ATV”) manufactured and distributed by the defendants (collectively referred to as “Yamaha”). The plaintiff, Timothy Culligan, alleges that he was injured in March, 1985, when the Model YT-225 Yamaha ATV that he was riding flipped over.
