On February 15, 1985, defendant Ronald Monroe was convicted by a jury of robbery, theft by receiving stolen property, possession of a firearm without a license and *295criminal conspiracy. By order dated December 10, 1985, defendant’s motions for new trial and/or arrest of judgment were denied. On January 21, 1986, defendant was sentenced and on January 30, 1986, defendant filed.
