MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This is essentially a state law wrongful discharge suit, alleging as a basis for federal jurisdiction, violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), 18 U.S.C. §§ 1961, et seq., and 42 U.S.C. § 1985(2). Before this court are defendants’ motions to dismiss pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6), Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
