MURRAY, Justice.

This is an appeal by the defendant arising out of a judgment of the trial court

that the defendant forfeit 100 percent of bail. The defendant assigns as error that the trial justice abused her discretion in ordering said forfeiture. Because we hold that the lower-court holding constituted an abuse of discretion, we reverse in part.
