This matter comes before the Court on the complaint to determine the validity and/or priority of liens filed by Sencore, Inc., hereinafter referred to as plaintiff or Sencore, against Jacob C. Pongetti, Trustee for the Estate of Columbus Typewriter Company, Inc.
