MEMORANDUM DECISION GRANTING MOTION BY PETITIONERS FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT AND ORDER FOR RELIEF

For the reasons which follow, this court finds that the petitioning creditors are entitled to entry of an order for relief against the debtor, Richard M. Tikijian (“Tikijian” or “Debtor”), in this involuntary Chapter 7 bankruptcy case.
