MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ASPEN, District Judge:

Plaintiff Richard Edgeworth brings this employment discrimination action against his former employer the Fort Howard Paper Company (“Fort Howard”), under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-634. Presently before the Court is Fort Howard’s motion for summary judgment under Fed.R. Civ.P. 56(c).
