Johnny Ray Greenwood stands convicted of misdemeanor theft. The jury assessed punishment at 150 days’ confinement in the Dallas County jail and a fine of $75.00. In his sole point of error, appellant contends that the trial court erred in failing to grant a mistrial when the State commented on his failure to testify.
