This is an appeal from the bankruptcy court’s order granting appellee Equitable Bank of Littleton, N.A. (“Equitable”) relief from the automatic stay provision of the Bankruptcy Code. Appellant Christine J. Tobin, as trustee for the debtor, requests that I vacate the bankruptcy court’s order.
