The plaintiff, the United States of America fbo the Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC), commenced the instant action on March 17, 1987, seeking to have an overpayment in the sum of $149,181.06 rendered non-dischargeable pursuant to the provisions of section 523(a)(2)(A) of the Bankruptcy Code.
