NEWMAN, Associate Judge:

In an action brought in Superior Court by appellee Susan E. Koons to enforce a default judgment entered in a Maryland court against appellant Robert G. Leicht-man, the trial judge granted summary judgment in favor of Koons. Leichtman appeals, urging that a material dispute of fact exists concerning the manner in which he was served process in the Maryland suit.
