This matter is before the Court on an appeal from the bankruptcy court. Appellant Commercial Oil Service appeals from the bankruptcy court’s order dismissing appellant’s voluntary Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition. 58 B.R. 311. Appellant has filed a brief in support of this appeal.
