This matter arises out of a contract action brought

pro se

by Benjamin Diskin, a manufacturer of woolen garments for women, against J.P. Stevens & Co., Inc. (“Stevens”), formerly in the business of manufacturing woolen goods. Plaintiff is a resident of Milton, Massachusetts and defendant’s principal place of business is in New York.
